Build a Snowman cookies
The taste of the cookies is a combination of a butter cookie, a sugar cookie and a short bread cookie. It's just so YUMMY!
Cut out cookie dough recipe:Ingredients:1 8 oz. pkg cream cheese (softened) 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter, softened 1 egg yolk 1 cup granulated sugar 2 tsp. vanilla 2 1/4 cups plain flour, sifted 1/2 tsp. baking soda Directions: Preheat oven to 350. beat cream cheese, butter, sugar, egg and vanilla in large bowl until creamy. Add flour, and baking soda; mix well. Roll dough to 1/8 in thickness on lightly floured ( I use powdered sugar instead of flour) surface. Cut with cookie cutters. Place on parchment lined or floured cookie sheets. Bake 10-12 min or until edges begin to brown. Ice with your favorite icing. I use royal icing because it dries hard, but is easy to use and tastes great!

tutorial. I love these. They turn out so cute and I get so many compliments on such a unique winter gift. Sometimes I will put the cookies in a clear glass jar and put a ribbon around the top with a note that says," Now go build a snowman"
