You too can make flavored coffee! Try this instant mocha recipe.

Instant mocha is a great gift for the flavored coffee lover in your life. It's delicious and so much more affordable than coffee drinks at your local coffee house. I'm not a hot coffee drinker so I always pour mine over ice. There, instant iced coffee!

Three Cups o' Joe II Robert Burridge

Instant Mocha Supplies Needed:

1 quart size jar with lid

fabric

ribbon

paper for printed recipe

colored paper or cardstock

Coffee Mix ingredients:

1 cup nonfat dry milk powder 3/4 cup sugar 2/3 cup powdered coffee creamer, non-dairy

1/2 cup cocoa powder, unsweetened

1/3 cup instant coffee

1/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Instructions:

1)Press the coffee through a fine sieve making sure there are no lumps.

2)Combine all ingredients in a small bowl until well-blended.

3)Spoon into decorative jars; cover.

Makes 3 1/2 cups.

Fill the jar with mix and put on lid. Cut a piece of fabric to cover the lid. Use a piece of ribbon to tie around the lid to hold on fabric. Punch a hole on the recipe directions and tie them onto the jar. Finish by tying the ribbon in a bow

Directions to include on a label or tag:

Place 1/4 cup Mocha Coffee mix in a mug.

Add 3/4 cup boiling water and stir until dissolved. Garnish with whipped cream if desired.
